About Myself

Trained at Croydon and Goldsmiths College of Art. Head of Art for 35 years. Retired from full time teaching in 1997. I taught art to all ages including Primary, Secondary, 6th Form College and Adult Institute. Recent exhibitions: Wimbledon Theatre, Covent Garden and Knightsbridge.

I recently had a series of evening classes at Queens Road Studios. When this closed down in 2002 I decided to open up my own studio to small groups.

Materials

Bring what materials you have. However it would be a good idea if you could equip yourself with 2 brushes size 5 and 7 (sable mixture), an A2 cartridge pad, charcoal and a box of water colours. If you are interested in oil painting and haven't yet got materials it might be as well to leave it till we have had a discussion about basic requirements.
